Have you ever wondered what children throughout the world might eat in a week? Photographer Gregg Segal is a master at capturing the unique impact that each person has on their environment. In his 2014 work 7 Days of Garbage, Segal serves as an example of the massive quantity of trash individuals toss in a week. In his most recent book, Daily Bread, he focused his attention to the average weekly nutrition of children around the world.
Over the course of three years, he journeyed to the United Arab Emirates through France, Germany, the United States, Malaysia, India, Senegal, Brazil, and nine other countries.
